Q: Why should someone learn PowerTouch Yoga?
A: For enlightenment, to have a stress free life, to have better relationships, to get along better in their jobs and just to feel happier.

Q: How is PowerTouch Yoga unique?
A: Other yoga programs consist of a lot of exercises or postures. You have to do these a long time to get any results. With our system you get the PowerTouch to get results right away. You only have to come to 3 or 4 sessions.

Q: What is the difference between this and meditation?
A: In meditation you sit for two or three hours and it may take a long time to get results. With PowerTouch Yoga you only have sit 15-20 minutes every day and you get results immediately.

Q: How do the students sit?
A: They can sit in siddhasana, sit in an easy chair or even lie down on the floor and practice.

Q: What is siddhasana?
A: Siddhasana posture is to get siddhi or power. It is a cross-legged posture that takes some personal instruction.

Q: Do you teach any other postures?
A: There are postures for different siddhis, such as lotus posture. Another is virasana where you sit kneeling on your legs.

Q: You call this yoga but what are the other schools teaching?
A: They teach what is called hatha yoga. But you don’t get what you’re looking for. You are looking for a stress free life, some peace of mind, happiness in your family, in your relationships. You won’t get that from hatha yoga. There is no touch from the guru.

Q: You said these forms of yoga might be damaging?
A: Yes because they are not taught properly they may cause some kind of disease. But if yoga is done properly it will cure a lot of diseases.

Q: How long are the classes?
A: They are one to two hours each.

Q: How often are the classes?
A: Weekly, but they should come each week for the first three sessions.

Q: How many are in each class?
A: Sometimes 15 or 20.
